A new design for Armorial stained glass panels. These new armorials celebrate the 500 year association of the Monson family with the village of South Carlton, and Lord Monson as Baron of Burton in the county of Lincolnshire. The new armorials were set within the existing plain glazing of the south chancel of St John the Baptist. The Monson shield and motto is flanked by a supporting lion rampant, and the unity of the sun and moon.
